We provide professional viticulture consultancy and related advisory services, including vineyard management, soil health assessment, pest and disease management advice, and sustainability planning. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion without prior notice.
 

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment must be made in full prior to the commencement of services. Invoices must be settled by the due date specified. Late payments may incur fees or result in service suspension.
 

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will be considered at our discretion depending on the stage of work completed. Deposits for consultancy bookings may be non-refundable once work has commenced or resources have been allocated.
 

4. Client Obligations

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for us to deliver our services effectively. We are not responsible for any delays, outcomes, or losses resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.
 

5. Professional Advice

All recommendations and advice are provided in good faith, based on the information available at the time. It remains your responsibility to assess the suitability of any advice before implementation. We do not accept liability for outcomes arising from environmental factors, vineyard management decisions, or circumstances beyond our control.
 

6. Intellectual Property

All reports, documents, methodologies, and materials we produce remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are granted a non-exclusive licence to use these materials for your internal purposes only and may not reproduce or distribute them without our written consent.
 

7. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and treat all client information and vineyard data as confidential. Information will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our website, services, or advice provided. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
